✓ Wake up at 5am and go to sleep by 9pm
✗ Snacking on only fruit or nuts between meals
✓ One coffee a day
✓ Running for any distance daily
✓ Completing any form of body weight exercise daily
✓ Switching to a feature/dumb phone, precisely my Nokia 8210
✓ No social media (bane of existence)
✓ Replacing any TV (including YouTube) time with other activites
✓ Read a single page (or more) of a book daily
